Return Requests

We aim to provide a clear and straightforward shopping experience. If you would like to return an eligible order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at cilenegrasiela133@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

Products should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging when possible. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise.

Please contact us before sending any item back and wait for return instructions. Returns sent without prior instructions may take longer to process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email cilenegrasiela133@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, if available. We will review the details and explain the available resolution.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for our team to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped. Shipped orders are subject to the return conditions stated above.
